We specialise in colouring here at Elysian hair. It is our favourite thing to do which is why we won the title of Cornwalls BEST COLOUR SALON 2023 at the salon awards. Salon owner Clare Cartwright also won the tile of Cornwalls COLOURIST OF THE YEAR 2023 so know that if you book with us you will be in good hands!
We use premium hair cosmetics brand Keune.
We’ve got you covered if you’ve been colouring your hair for years or if it’s your first time. From classic colours and highlights to balayage and rainbow colours we can cater to your personality.

We offer Keratin straightening from £60. Perms from £35. Micro bond hair extensions (prices on consultation), deep conditioning treatments from £5, and bond building treatments £10.

Our highly skilled in salon Nail tech Nicky is available on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays for classic manicures, pedicures, gel polish, full coverage soft gel extensions and acrylic nails!

MEET THE TEAM 💚💙
CLARE CARTWRIGHT is the salon owner and has been in the industry since leaving school in 2005. Clare prides herself in her hair knowledge and colouring skills, specialising in creative colouring and colour corrections. She is a level 4 qualified hairstylist, has a level 5 certificate in education (allowing her to teach her trade) and is a national educator for Keune UK, Pro Stylists and GHD.
This year Clare was apart of The Fellowship of British hairdressing Project Colour where she was mentored for a year by some of the top colourists in the industry.
Clare won the tiles of Cornwalls Colourist of the year 2023 at the Salon awards!
SARAH CLARK is a highly skilled and experienced hair stylist. Sarah is qualified in ladies and men’s hairdressing. Her services include cutting, colouring, perming and styling.
NICKY WYNNE owns Nail Elegance within Elysian Hair salon. Nicky is always furthering her industry knowledge and keeping up to date with the latest trends. Nicky’s services include classic manicures and pedicures, gel polish, full coverage soft gel extensions and acrylic nails.
